Lallemand Health Solutions entrusted FRARE GALLANT with the mandate to participate in the design and construction of Harmonium 2, its brand new probiotics production plant located in Mirabel. This ultramodern facility meets the strictest quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines for the production of probiotics for food supplements. This new asset will allow Lallemand Health Solutions to double its capacity in probiotic bacteria.
