This large-scale project consisted of designing and building a brand new “Central kitchen type'' factory for Metro Richelieu Inc (Marchés Adonis). The company needed new infrastructure to produce prepared meals, particularly for the bakery, pastry and meat sections of its supermarkets.

In addition to the various production areas designed to meet the strictest standards and regulatory requirements of the agri-food industry, the building includes warehouses for raw materials (frozen, refrigerated and dry) as well as warehouses for finished goods.
