Thus, in collaboration with the OLEADEV real estate group, we could offer St-Hubert a turnkey project and meet all their needs; from finding the perfect location at the intersection of Highway 640 and 25, to designing and constructing a state-of-the-art warehouse of over 100,000 square feet. The building includes various storage areas for dry, refrigerated, and frozen products and office spaces.

This major project has enabled St-Hubert to increase its storage capacity and optimize its distribution to its rotisseries and numerous points of sale across the province.
