This phase consists of identifying in a precise way the different parts of the project. We assist our customers in various ways:

Equipment Installation Management

We manage the connection to the different auxiliary services (steam, gaz, refrigeration, compress air, electricity, control etc.) to the preoperational list checking, so the customer still can operate the factory.

This contractual formula is possible if you already have plans and detailed estimates and if you are looking for reliable partners to build your project with a fixed rate.

Construction management contract (CCDC 5B)
A flexible and efficient method, using our expertise in pre-construction and on a construction site, is optimal for complex or customized projects. It allows you to keep control of the conception and construction in addition of using our resources. Initially, work is paid on an actual cost based. (As an hourly rating.) adding to that a percentage or fix fee. Options include guaranteed maximum price (GMP) plus percentage cost savings, and conversion into a fix price contract.

Cost Plus Construction Contract (CCDC3)
CCDC3 is a fixed price contract to perform the required work on an actual-cost basis, plus a percentage or fixed fee which is applied to actual costs.

The CCDC14 is a contract between the owner and the design-builder where the design builder provides the design services and performs the work under on agreement, for a single, pre-determined fixed price.
