New Mandate, Big Vision: Groupe CHARBONNEAU’s Head Office Set to Expand

It is with great pride that we announce a major new project on our 2025 calendar: the significant expansion of Groupe CHARBONNEAU’s head office.

This expansion marks an important milestone for our client, who aims to adapt their facilities to sustained growth. While construction has not yet begun, all the conditions are in place to bring this ambitious project to life by mid-April 2025.

Our team is doing everything possible to identify the most effective solutions, with the goal of delivering a result that is both high-performing and aligned with our client’s budget expectations.

The expansion will total 48,000 sq. ft. spread across four levels, with an additional 13,000 sq. ft. of existing space to be renovated once the extension is complete.

Our team is fully mobilized to finalize the last preparations—plans, schedule, and budget—before giving the official “go-ahead” and moving on-site!
