With 25 years in the human resources field, Eric has gained solid experience and has dealt with a multitude of complex situations.

During his studies in Industrial Relations, Eric worked in the healthcare system as a Beneficiary Attendant. He regularly worked in the emergency room, which is why no situation destabilizes him. He is able to stay focused and keep his cool, no matter the problem.

After obtaining his Bachelor’s degree from UQO, he worked in the hospital’s human resources department before pursuing his career in the private sector.

He gained his experience with different employers in different fields, but always with one common point… the employee.

For over 15 years, he has served on the management committees of various companies, bringing his vision and positively influencing organizations.

Éric has often been told that he is an atypical HR. Moreover, he fully assumes this label, as he regularly proposes out-of-the-box ideas, quickly understands the company and its environment. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, he brings support to the team towards corporate objectives.

A member of the OCRHA, Eric is of unfailing integrity and values respect in all its forms. As Frare Gallant’s first HR, Eric joined the team as HR Director in April 2021 and oversees the HR activities of Frare Gallant and its subsidiaries. He set up the department, various policies/procedures and above all he brings the best HR practices within the group. An experienced advisor, he supports managers in decisions and listens to employees.
