Context

Facing sustained growth in its operations for the distribution of veterinary products across Canada, the management of CDMV Inc. and Saint-Hyacinthe Technopole chose the FRARE GALLANT team and its partners to design and build its brand new head office and automated distribution center for animal medicines.

Size: For the premises and offices of the 1st and 2nd floors:
27,000 sq. ft.
Warehouse: 113,000 sq. ft.

Special features of this project:

  • Implementation of sophisticated automation systems;
  • Design of specific rooms (Vault, hazardous products warehouse, others);
  • Use of an innovative soil consolidation technology (CMC – Controlled Modulus Columns).
