Lallemand Health Solutions has entrusted FRARE GALLANT with the mandate to participate in the design and construction of Harmonium 2, its brand new probiotic production plant located in Mirabel. This state-of-the-art facility meets the strictest quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines for the production of probiotics for dietary supplements. This new asset will allow Lallemand Health Solutions to double its probiotic bacteria capacity.
