The Beloeil project consisted of designing and building a new shopping center with eighteen (18) rental spaces with a total area of nearly 55,000 sq. ft. The FRARE GALLANT team coordinated the entire project (design, steps to obtain municipal and provincial permits and construction of the building) and delivered the building on time and within budget.
As for the Acadie Boulevard project, it consisted of renovating and redeveloping a shopping center located near the Marché Central in Montreal. The work was carried out while maintaining functional commercial activities. To this effect, special measures and a rigorous methodology made it possible to carry out the work without interrupting operations and the FRARE GALLANT team exceeded expectations and delivered the project while respecting deadlines and budget.
